Second time I’ve order frozen mice from the website, this is the second time it’s come and it’s completely defrosted, this is disappointing and I thought it might be different second time I ordered, but it’s happened again and won’t be ordering frozen foods off you again, complete waste of money.
However live insects have always been of brilliant quality and I would continue to order those as they are always fresh and sized correctly
