Very pleased with my recent orders, live food and equipment. A prompt service and speedy delivery. Live food arrived as healthy as you could hope for, although I would say the packaging of the live food could be improved. Maybe throw some packing peanuts (polystyrene chips) in the box with the tubs of live food for protection, as when mine arrived, although healthy, you could see the box and therefore the live food inside had been bashed around in transit. Packing peanuts will also insulate and help keep live food alive until it reaches its destination during the colder months. The only other thing I would suggest it maybe putting “live food handle with care” or “live invertebrates handle with care” stickers on the box, again to hopefully make Royal Mail or couriers handle with a bit more respect.
