We use Interparcel for all our ad hoc courier needs. More often than not I have to admit that service is OK but not sparkling. However I cannot say that about the service we recieved from Customer Services Advisor: Sabrina Slade. Sabrina went above and beyond the call of duty. She demonstrated excellent understanding and empathic sympathy for our situaltion, Following up when she promised to and closing out our issue with professionalism. We commend her to her Interparcel as a role model to be copied.
