Collection for a large parcel was booked for Friday. The driver did not arrive. When I rang I was told they run out of time. Rebooked for Monday, waited in all day again and still didn’t arrive! 2 full days waiting in the house for someone that didn’t come. I took a holiday off work for this!
Will never use Interparcel again!
