Shame I have to make a review as it’s my first time using them.
Packed an item in a cardboard box them with one layer of parcel film. Delivery driver came and said nothing, no messages, delivered perfectly fine. Week later I get a £10 charge as “the item was I inappropriately packaged”.
Bunch of thieves, no attempt at all to show any proof from TNT there was a problem, no attempt to resolve the issue, they just wanted the fee.
Last time I will use them.
