Today I contacted the customer services via their online web chat and spoke to Lisa Irish. They have always been very helpful when I've had to contact them.
However, I do feel that some of the courier company's let Interparcel down. I have had a few issues with TNT who have failed to collect parcels from clients that I have arranged for next day delivery. The fact I am willing to pay for next day delivery means its important that I have the parcel as soon as possible!
