Have used interparcel for years now & have never had any issues at all.
Customer services are very quick to reply in repsonse to any issues.
I had to re-arrange a collection & emailed customer services and within 20 mins, Helen Bannister (customer services team leader) had replied and re-arranged my parcel collection.
Good customer service or reviews of good service are few & far between these days -but no complaints from me, I wouldnt use anyone else to send my parcels.
