customer service is helpful and professional,
Actual courier service is poor, no timed pickup available, requested morning collection, which was not fulfilled, service not been fulfilled, may as well throw my money out of the window.
service has been rebooked but I have very little faith, I am guessing that my money is gone and that I need to use a different provider.
