Generally i have found Interparcel to be very safe, reliable and competitive - in order of importance.
Customer service is also very responsive - which is a refreshing change for a primarily online business.
Only last night i had to change a collection location - but being after hours, followi a failed phone call i sent an email. Annelese expedited the email quickly, my item has been collected already and i remain hopeful it will still be delivered tomorrow.
