After a glitch with your website I submitted 2 orders by mistake on Monday 10th August. The 1st one would not complete. Sabrina one of your support team spoke with me and said she would sort it and refund me the money for the incomplete order, but I would need to submit another order which I did. But Sabrina never sorted out the problem for me at all. Thankfully I received an email from Kirsty Cooney one of your customer services advisors on Tuesday to say my parcel had not been picked up. Which alerted me that I hadn't received my refund and that you were looking for 2 parcels. Thanks goodness for Kirsty's excellent customer service. She sorted it all out for me and issued my refund for the overcharged incomplete order. Excellent Customer Service from Kirsty Cooney, very impressed with her.
