I use interparcel all the time, I have only ever had two difficulties with items not being collected, but customer services have always been really quick and helpful. I was in touch with Louise Evison the second time it happened (in three or four years, and technically it is an issue with the delivery company, not Interparcel) and she was very good, unfortunately a recollection couldn't be arranged in time for my specific needs, so I had to take it to the post office, but she arranged a full refund and issued a complaint to delivery company for me. Very relieved, thank you!
