I was very disappointed to find out that my parcel had not been collected. I was not informed of this i had to make contact as i had not heard anything.
A lady called Louise Evison has dealt with my enquiry and i am very pleased with her service she has arranged for my parcel to be collected today and kept me well informed of everything she was doing. I hope she does get recognition for the service she provides.
