I have had a number of problems with different companies I have booked through Interparcel in the last month, lost, damaged and items delivered to completely the wrong address. I have in previous times found the staff disinterested in the problems and just wanting to get rid of me off the phone as a quickly as possible without really resolving the issues. I am a regular user of Interparcel sending out many items per week from my online shop.
This past week Stacey McKay has been a breath of fresh air in helping quickly and efficiently to resolve a problem I've had with UPS, she has taken a personal interest and seen the problem right through to its conclusion. This has helped to restore my faith in Interparcel.
