Absolutely god awful service. I Paid specifically for Saturday delivery as it was paramount i received this parcel on the day and it did not arrive. Emailed customer service and they failed to give me an update on where i the package is and when i would receive it.
If you cannot deliver a saturday service do not offer it for a premium price or at all.
Avoid at all costs.
