I sent a parcel to Spain via interparcel. The goods a faulty return. They used a third party supplier to transport the goods. The item eventually reached Spain and I mean eventually.
They never reached there destination, they were returned to me months later with out explanation. Only on return did I get the reason why they were sent back. Plus a hefty bill for the return.
The service was pitiful
