I recently sent a parcel and it was returned due to EU bureaucracy regulations, and throughout the experience of being given information from interparcel customer service was either misleading or incorrect and when interparcel knowingly make mistake or customer service don’t do their job correctly, they won’t accept liability even though customer services and other departments make mistakes, I was given incorrect information, I was sent email asking for information that wasn’t even relevant to my parcel, I was receiving phone calls from UPS asking for authorisation letter, which interparcel should of submitted and I had to phone interparcel to ask why they hadn’t carried out the request I asked 5 days previously to submit letter to UPS, I was told, new staff member made mistake, and all you get is apology after apology, and their mistakes cost me money and they accept no liability if they make mistake. so if ever use interparcel and things go wrong, they go wrong spectacular and 99% when it goes wrong, it’s because of the incompetent staff at interparcel
