I had a query on Sunday evening and emailed. James Giffen replied helpfully and almost immediately - I imagined it would be Monday at the earliest!
As a negative though, I have used Interparcel quite a lot and not realised until looking through the website just yesterday that it was possible to set up a prepayment account, so maybe this could all be clearer as in the past I have wasted time putting in my payment details for each package, even when I was sending more than one at a time.
