There is no way on earth that this company should score a 4.5.
I am in the retail business and Interparcel are often the butt of jokes at conferences and seminars that I attend.
“Your about as reliable as Interparcel!”
Both myself and at least 20 Of my fellow retailers refuse to use Interparcel.
They are clearly encouraging the successful deliveries to leave positive reviews.
