Had a problem whereby Interparcel had charged me twice, however I had a very quick response after I emailed their Customer Services people and (1 working day later) I've just had confirmation from Nicole that the matter will be resolved. I'd rather that the problem had not occured in the first place, however I'm very pleased with the pleasant and speedy response from Customer Services.
