Generally, the prices are very good and deliveries are made on time. However, there is no automated notification system if there is a problem with making the delivery.
Delivery failures occur quite rarely but where they have, and it's been the courier's fault, it's sometimes been a bit difficult to get the matter resolved satisfactorily.
On other occasions, the support from the customer service staff has been excellent. One recent instance involved Annelese who's performance was exemplary.
