Delivered to the wrong address and suggested the receiver goes around the retrieve it from a neighbour they don't get along with. They accept its been delivered to the wrong address but won't do anything as its in their terms that it's acceptable to deliver to the wrong address. Their "claims team advised that they wouldn’t issue a claim for this as the parcel is retrievable."
So now eBay have refunded the buyer £24 and I'm out of pocket. Absolutely garbage service. Been a customer for over a decade. They can now go f**k themselves for my future business.
