Interparcel have always been brilliant but as with anything it’s fine until something goes wrong.. my advice would be to lose Hermes as a courier option.
Interparcel’s response to my lost package was “claim on the insurance” and weren’t sympathetic at all.
I’ll stick to one or two that I know in future even if it does cost more.
