As an Admin Officer wtih The Country Catalogue I use Interparcel all the time for our overseas customers. The web site is very easy to use and when there is ever a problem I can go back to the web site and e-mail our problems through the Contact Us site and they almost always get resolved.
I have had an issue today whereby our customer is on holiday and did not give a thought to the receipt of his parcel.....I have consequently passed messages to Interparcel for the Delivering carrier and I have received very speedy responses......Thank you Rachael Smith for all our help today.
