the service itself initially was easy to book and I was happy with it. But the fact that the courier did not show for the pick up (UPS) and I was not notified that no one is coming as per my booking, was not as impressive and made doubt the reliance of your services.
As per the live chat assistance I had with Becky Blythe, she has been very helpful and rebooked my service for the following day and promised me an email from UPS regarding the missed pick up.
