Fine when there is no problem but if there is a problem (parcel stopped tracking half way in it's journey 6 days ago - posted 8 data ago) you just get fobbed to wait another 2 days rather then actually sort it out with the courier. Have yet to find out how the compensation will go but not holding my breath.
