We use Interparcel frequently and don't generally have any issues, we had a delay on a timed delivery recently but a call to the helpline was followed up swiftly by James Giffen via email and was resolved swiftly and we received a prompt refund.
We will continue to use Interparcel for our small parcel despatches, competitive prices and this swift response to a problem are both factors in their favour.
