A problem was encountered placing an order using Paypal for the payment.
The payment was taken but the order was not confirmed.
I contacted Interparcel by phone and spoke to Louana who arranged for PayPal to refund the payment very promptly. The 'good' rating reflects her efficient response to resolve problem.
