after using interparcel for 8 years, i can honestly say they dont care about there customers. You would think after 8 years if using them to post parcels for my business they would care more about customer service. They would rather save there own money than admit to many mistakes and DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! disgusting, they don't reply to emails and just hide from customers hoping you will go away. A real shame they got too big for there boots and now no longer care for there customers like the did before.
