Item was damaged in transit. Had no response from customer service when I tried to contact them over this. I got lucky however as the Hermes driver managed to leave the item with the seller without them seeing the damage. Ebay then settled with the seller and I got a full refund. Inter parcel offer and charge to insure parcels but don’t have a system in place to claim or complain easily.
