We never got past the starting line !!!
They happily took our almost $500 but here we are, this is the THIRD DAY and the package has not been picked up !
This after numerous phone calls where the office voicemail states that the offices are closed and to call back after 9am ..... I gave up at 11am when still had to listen to the same message !! Sent a e-mail to the Australian "Contact Us" address, they did respond but still ...... NO PICK-UP !!!
