Generally happy with the service.
Would never use the TNT drop off service ever again after they refused to accept the parcel because they had no room?
The Hermes service has also been poor with NO Saturday collections on at least 3 occasions.
The customer service from Interparcel in resolving all theses issues has been excellent in the last 6 months,
Had a few issues in the past.
