Have used interparcel many many times. Overall the service is very good. Sabrina has been particularly helpful with queries I have had.
One main suggestion for improvement - the ability to place several orders by "adding to cart". Then make one single payment for the orders with one single invoice. We often place several orders in one day and it seems inefficient to have to make individual payments for each order.
A competitor of yours uses an add to cart system and it is so much quicker and easier.
