It was my 1st time using Interparcel and it will be my last.
We sent a parcel to China and it was lost for weeks with no information as to when it would be traced or delivered.
I chased numerous times and had a very unhappy receiver who never got his package.
We were eventually credited but thios was not the aim of sending a parcel.
