The delivery of my parcel was initially slow and the drivers seem to make poor attempts to complete the delivery.
That was until I contacted customer service and was greeted with an immediately positive and helpful response from Customer Services Advisor Annelese McBride. Annelese then provided tremendously helpful assistance in getting this parcel delivered! She was very positive and resourceful, and communicated quickly and clearly. Thank you so much Annelese!
