Used for an international shipment to Bali. After an exchange with the customer chasing the delivery it was determined that they had not been contacted by FedEx the chosen courier to arrange payment of the duties etc. Upon trying to arrange payment and finalise the shipment we were advised by a representative the parcel had been “destroyed”. Interparcel were very non apologetic and essentially blamed the courier they have a paid partnership with. Very disappointed in the service received.
