What a nightmare! We sent a parcel with some promotional gifts to Greece, but UPS in Greece refuses to deliver it. They claim that the box is over 10 kilos and cannot be considered a gift. It's frustrating since they keep asking for proof of payment when there isn't any since it's a gift. We've contacted Transglobal three times now, but every time we explain the situation to them, they assure us that they'll sort it out. However, after a week, nothing has been resolved. During our last call with Transglobal, we had to wait on hold for half an hour, only to be told that everything had been sorted out. However, UPS has since contacted the recipient and informed them that neither Transglobal nor UPS in the UK has contacted them to resolve the issue. It's disappointing that what we were told over the phone was a lie. To make matters worse, UPS is now charging us a fortune for storage!
