I often reccommend Interparcel to both friends, and other ebay members on the site chat forums. I have used them for around 5 years now.
The prices are competitive. And also the fact your parcels are collected by reputable people like UPS or TNT etc works well for me. These can be far more reliable than other cheaper carriers, of who you never know when ( or if) the local driver will arrive.
The interparcel website itself is very easy to use, and the after service is quick and helpful should you ever have a problem.
