Been using Interparcel for many years with no problems at all, but just had my first problem where a driver left a package 8 doors down from where it was meat to be, anyway after contacting Interparcel and speaking with Charlie Stocker things was sorted quickly and a full refund was given.
I would recommend using Interparcel to anyone.
