I contacted Interparcel as I had incorrect entered the wrong weight for one of the boxes I was shipping but only realised this once I had completed payment. I called their customer service call centre and spoke with Annelese McBride. She was very helpful and professional, as the courier I had chosen couldn't ship the boxes for the new corrected weight, she was able to refunded this charge and I was then able to re-book with another courier. The charge was credited to my account in a couple of day. Very happy to use Interparcel again.
