Unfortunately our parcel went walkabout, but Tia at Interparcel Customer Services was our hero of the day. She quickly tracked down our parcel, and kept us in the loop whilst doing so. After liasing with the courier involved she tracked down our parcel and advised that it would shortly arrive at its destination - Australia. Our customer was happy, which made us very happy.
