I've been using Interparcel for around 4 years, since falling out terminally with a particular courier company that kept changing hands. I almost always use the UPS option for shipments both within the UK and to Europe and the service from from UPS and Interparcel has always been excellent. Billing and charging it not a problem as you pay as you go using PayPal, so none of the double charging malarkey I encountered on a regular basis with the previous company. Pricing is highly competitive and larger parcels are usually cheaper to send than by post, and the service more reliable. Having now sent many hundreds of packages using Interparcel there have only been teething problems on maybe half a dozen occasions that I recall, which were quickly resolved by phone by their customer service team, who are genuinely helpful and effective. Sorry if this reads like a sockpuppet review but the quality of service using Interparcel and UPS in combination is the best and most consistently reliable I've had in almost 30 years of using couriers. Highly recommended.
