I needed to urgently change the delivery address on a parcel that was already in transit to the USA, and called the customer service team thinking that there was no way that it could be done. Amazingly James, the guy I spoke with, said that he would do what he could and gave me his email to forward the details on to him. He kept me up to speed with its progress, and I'd have a reply to any email I sent within the hour. Amazingly the address was changed, much to the relief of my client. Great customer service in every aspect, thank you!
