I had a pretty difficult parcel ( long fishing rod) that Royal Mail would not take. Spoke to representative Louana Pyzer online and sorted out pick up and delivery.
Absolutely fantastic service. The lady is a credit to this excellent company.
Will always use now as will my friends.
