An absolutely shambol, spoke to so many agents from Interparcel (Lou & Michael) Lou was rude and Michael had no clue what his purpose of answering the phone was.
4 days I been on a wild goose chase, been sitting at home for parcel which I been promised will be today but today never arrives and now its been a week.
I have taken screenshot of the tracking and am happy to upload this.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL LOSE YOUR PARCEL.
