I have used this service for the second time yesterday. There was a mix up with paperwork. After a telephone call to them I was called back by a lady by the name of Ms A Woodcock who advised I could scan and e mail the missing document which I subsequently did. I then received an e mail from James England what a helpful young man. Advised me the paperwork had been forwarded to parcel location and would keep me advised. Which he has. I have received a further e mail now confirming parcel now on the way overseas and saying if I needed further assistance to call them. What more can you ask from a company which offers a range of choices of courier, ease of booking, most of all a HUGE discount on prices, tremendous customer service from people who care. Would I use and recommend of course and I have my son in law who usually uses royal mail to send to France has used them he couldnt believe the ease of sending, the cost and the speed.
