I've been using Interparcel for years and have never had anything except brilliant service. No customer has ever complained about damage to their goods, delayed delivery. In fact delivery is now usually faster than advertised.
Yesterday ( a Sunday) I foolishly mis-addressed a parcel and needed to rectify the mistake. Frustratingly, there was no online facility for this so I send an email, not expecting a reply that day. Within an hour Nicole Rowland had sorted it, sent me a replacement label accompanied by a nice note.
