At first I was not at all happy having waited for a week for a parcel to be collected and then today I spoke to Britny Goss who actually picked up a telephone and spoke to someone from myHermes and it became apparent that there was a computer system communication fault.
Britny resolved the issue in a professional manner simply by talking to someone at Hermes and an immediate solution was found by me dropping the parcel off at a local collection point. Thanks and well done Britny, D. Angus, Cannock, Staffs.
