waited in all day, no collection
no contact, and then find out upon contacting interparcel , that although I had used ups , who are usually reliable, that the collection is not guaranteed unless you pay extra for premium service , I had already paid £12 ,when the cheapest option on interparcel was £5 so by no means a cheap service
customer service offer no refund or compensation
I will not be using interparcel again, contacting customer service left me feeling as though they have no interest in customers or repeat business
