Doesn't even deserve the 1 star!
Parcel collected 8 days laste and i was promised parcel would be delivered! Well guess what, after being collected 8 days late and after numerus phone calls i was promised parcel would be with me well well well 4 days later still no parcel! RUDE STAFF ON TELEPHONES NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE!
15 days and still no parcel!
