I have used Interparcel with a former employer, to which the service was excellent. I recently tried to send a present to a colleague in Sheffield, but no courier arrived to collect my parcel and no contact was made by Interparcel since. In the end, I sent the parcel with the more reliable Royal Mail.
"Very Poor" does not sum up how disappointed I am with the service. Have let me down massively.
